Algumas semanas antes da devolução do veículo, os condutores recebem uma mensagem SMS a convidá-los a realizar a inspeção do veículo diretamente a partir de um smartphone ou tablet, sem necessidade de descarregar qualquer aplicação. A aplicação web orienta os utilizadores, passo a passo, ao longo do processo de captura de fotografias. As imagens são analisadas instantaneamente pela tecnologia de inteligência artificial de ALTO AI, Tchek, para detetar e classificar os danos.

É então enviado um relatório claro e objetivo, em simultâneo, tanto ao condutor como ao concessionário, o que ajuda a antecipar as reparações e a simplificar a logística do processo de devolução do veículo.
